Description
About The Role- Conduct outreach to schools and communities to increase awareness of family life education
- Confident in engaging relevant stakeholders (ie. school personnel, community partners and religious organisations) to identify parenting needs and recommend appropriate parenting programmes
- Plan, organize, promote and provide logístical support for family life programmes (ie. seminars, groupwork, individual consultations)
- Have flexibility to work outside of office hours (ie. weeknights and weekends)
Technical Competencies:
- Diploma holders
- Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience involving programme coordination
- Advantageous to have experience in sales, marketing or customer service
- Techsavvy with virtual events and social media platforms
Core Competencies:
- Matured, responsible and proactive
- Resourceful, attentive and adaptable to changes at work
- Be proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil
- Competent in Microsoft Office skills
- Good interpersonal, communication, written and teamwork skills
Preferred achievements / characteristics:
- Good analytical and collaborative skills
- Passionate in working with couples and families
