About The Role

  • Conduct outreach to schools and communities to increase awareness of family life education
  • Confident in engaging relevant stakeholders (ie. school personnel, community partners and religious organisations) to identify parenting needs and recommend appropriate parenting programmes
  • Plan, organize, promote and provide logístical support for family life programmes (ie. seminars, groupwork, individual consultations)
  • Have flexibility to work outside of office hours (ie. weeknights and weekends)

Technical Competencies:

  • Diploma holders
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience involving programme coordination
  • Advantageous to have experience in sales, marketing or customer service
  • Techsavvy with virtual events and social media platforms

Core Competencies:

  • Matured, responsible and proactive
  • Resourceful, attentive and adaptable to changes at work
  • Be proficient in English and preferably in Mandarin, Malay or Tamil
  • Competent in Microsoft Office skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication, written and teamwork skills

Preferred achievements / characteristics:

  • Good analytical and collaborative skills
  • Passionate in working with couples and families
