About the Role:

As Product Owner - SAP Basis and Cloud Management, you will report directly into the Product Manager - ERP Platforms, and be accountable for defining the strategy, roadmap, solution design and architecture, as well as the maintenance of the ERP Platforms.

This role is based in Brisbane (Australia) or Singapore.

In this role, your key accountabilities will include:

Manage a team of around 20 to 30 internal and external consultants for the project, change request and production support work in ERP Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure.
Develop and maintain technology strategy and roadmaps for the ERP Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure, ensuring alignment with global technology strategy and business needs.
Accountable for solution design and architecture governance for ERP Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure, identifying new solutions and optimization opportunities
Support the execution of Opportunity Assessment and Identification & Selection process for projects under the portfolio.
Drives stability and sustainability of operational ERP Platforms and Cloud Infrastructure.
Provide guidance to NGO partners in automation and improvement initiatives

About You:

years of experience specializing in the design and architecture of ERP (SAP) Platforms and Cloud Applications.

Deep understanding and implementation experience in the following areas:
SAP on Azure Cloud Infrastructure
S4HANA Upgrade and Migration
SAP Cloud Platform Services
Design, configuration and implementation experience in SAP ECC, S4HANA, SAP BW, SAP SCM, SAP Solution Manager,
Experience in integration between cloud products such as Ariba/Success Factors/Concur/SAC and backend ERP systems.
Demonstrated experience with industry best practices and implementing these to solve business problems.
Experience in managing teams of internal and external to work effectively in a diverse and globally dispersed virtual team environment
Capable of engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders and able to manage conflicts/issues with the business/end users.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to present and discuss complex solutions in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding
Collaborative and coaching mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related (STEM) discipline is desirable
