    Airswift is seeking a Qualified Contracts Engineer for the management of EPC type construction contracts, with strong knowledge of construction law and proven experience in management of Energy projects contracts (construction and/or installation) from pre-award to execution and close out, preferably on onshore packages with highly engineered items.


    Responsibilities are but not limited to:
    Adopt & demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to HSSE requirements.

    Provide a strong HSSE leadership and define and ensure the effective implementation of the Project HSSE policy and commitment in all contracts documentation.

    Adopt and demonstrate an exemplary behavior with regard to the Company Ethics and "Code of Conduct" policy and promote and enforce the company's Compliance Program within the Project team.

    Apply the contractors and vendors Due Diligence procedureTreat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentialityDuring the tendering phase to prepare the Call for Tender (CFT) / Inquiry documentation and specific Tender and Tender Evaluation Procedures in line with Project and Company procedures,Ensure consistency between the contract documentation, deliverables and CFT documents,Liaise with the relevant technical teams to ensure that the technical requirements are adequately incorporated into the tender process and collaborate with various cross functional departments to ensure timely CFT preparation and readiness,Manage, monitor and control all required contractual process for CFT, ensure that all recommendations are made as per the best contractual and commercial terms,During the Post Award Contract Management, ensure that the Contracts assigned are managed in accordance with the agreed contractual terms and conditions and that Company's interests are always protected,Develop within area of responsibility Project Contract procedures and execution plans,Coordinate the processing of Contractor's monthly applications for payment and verify invoice submissions,Maintain a database which tracks the creation and the evolution of contracts, change orders, certificates,Administer all contractual data necessary to be recorded in SAP (ERP system) for establishing commitments, their follow up and payments,Carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by management.

    To produce contractual documents according to Company procedures and ethicsTo provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contract and procurement support to technical entities of the LNG facilities project organizationTo participate in the optimization of the economic performance and risk reduction of the Project.


    Requirements:
    Knowledge of civil works and construction also a plusProficient in SAP ERP and various Microsoft Office software suiteAcademics: Master Construction Law, Business, Qualification in Engineering / Construction Science would be a plus

    Professional Experience:
    10 years, practical, relevant and progressive experience in preparation, negotiation, monitoring of EPC/EPCI construction technical contracts in offshore/marine Oil & Gas Projects or other types of Energy projects (e.g. Wind, Solar Farms and Infrastructure projects).Knowledge and understanding of contract processes in projects.

    Good general knowledge and understanding of project control, commercial, legal and insurance matters, and "in depth" understanding where relevant to construction and supply contracts.

    Very good understanding of different means of contractor remuneration and their commercial implications, practical experience of their use.
    Good communication, organizational skills, capabilities to take workload & work under pressure, able to work in a multicultural
