Job Description & Requirements- Candidate must have knowledge of BIM and able to download drawings to make changes- He or she must be able to design and perform drawings as per tender and/or site speficiation. - Knwoledge of Aconex and usage an added advantage.- Only with Singapore working experience is required to apply.

A. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist Project Manager in the Project Management, Project Planning,

coordination, and preparation of documents for submission.

2. Propose alternative design and construction methods to consultants.

3. Ensure smooth delivery of projects through effective planning, management, and deployment of resources.

4. Liaise with various related parties including customer, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirements are met.

5. Identify and record any problems relating to the products and processes.

6. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.



B. Job Description

1. Supervise the progress of Electrical works on site.

2. Coordination of sub-contractor ensuring the work is on schedule.

3. Ensure Electrical works are carried out according to specifications /

drawings for Electrical, etc.

4. Ensure contractor comply with all necessary standards, code of

practice and safety regulations.

C. Requirements

1. Only candidate with minimum 4 years Singapore work experience needs to apply.

2. Candidate must have a total 8 years of combined industrial experience in builder's trade.

3. Degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by Singapore

Professional Engineers Board (PEB) or equivalent

4. Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Revit

5. Able to Design electrical requirement based on tender specification.
