- Stock Management: in the store and in the warehouse; movements between stores; centralization of the merchandise
- Responsible for purchase order entry and updates.
- Keep track of and communicate status of upcoming POs.
- Input designated SKUs for markdown into appropriate merchandising system
- Produce an on-going set of weekly reports (e.g. On Order Report) as well as ad hoc business reports
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities to ensure all deadlines are met, and resolve any issues in a timely manner by partnering with appropriate business partner(s).
- Having constant communication with stores and Sales Manager on their needs.
- Following up the consolidation among the stores also constantly working on clusters per category for each store
- Liaise between 3PL & store on all deliveries matters
- Minimum Diploma witrh at least 4-5 years of relevant sales adminstrative/coordination experiences preferbly from FMCG industry
- Team player
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
