Description
Our client a local architectural firm is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their dynamic team:- Ability to lead and assist in preparation of BIM model and content for BIM Coordination Meetings
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and project workflow criteria under the direction of Architect in charge
- Support project team and efficency in workflow to achieve BIM deliverables as per requirements timely
- Leveraging BIM software and tools as a methodology to coordinate design documentation
- Assist in updating BIM standard and template for the project
- Be familiar with BIM submission, regulations and guidelines
- Provide guidance and conduct inhouse BIM training to other team members
- Develop discipline specific BIM modelling content
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Architectural or equivalent from any recognized tertiary institution
- Specialist Diploma in BIM/VDC preferred
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in architectural building construction, Singapore
- Good knowledge of Authorities' requirements and overall project process
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri, 8.30am6pm/9.30am7pm)
