    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for full cycle of payroll processing including new hires and resignees;
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing and submission of government-paid leave, CPF submission, tax clearance, annual tax filing, NS claims etc;
    • Provide payroll information for internal and or external stakeholders and resolve any payroll discrepancies;
    • Perform payroll cost allocation, back charging, payment matters, etc;
    • Maintain and prepare supporting documents for audit purpose;
    • Streamline payroll processes to enhance efficiency and productivity;
    • Liaise with HRIS service providers for resolution of issues when necessary;
    • Preparation of regular and ad-hoc payroll reports;
    • Prepare Monthly Manpower reports;
    • Ensure adherence to local CPF and tax regulations and legislative requirements;
    • Any other assigned tasks as required.

    Job Requirements

    • Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin;
    • At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
    • A meticulous individual who demonstrate the ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high degree of accuracy;
    • Excellent team player who can work under pressure and independently;
    • Proficiency in MS Office;
    • Familiar with Unit4Prosoft System;
    • Candidates with more experience shall be considered for a senior position.
