Job Details

What you will do:

As Sales Coordinator, you will supports the sales team throughout the sales process.

Assists with basic reports, helps expedite orders or the contract booking process, and supports the creation of an effective business support service center.

How you will do it:

Processing orders
Processing Proforma Invoice
Delivery arrangement
Customer creation
Material creation fill in the form
Cheque collection/arrange courier service
Tender deposit request
GPR/ Buy smart request
Stationery Ordering
All SAP transactions
All other administrative work
Backup for Sales support Team

What we look for:

NITEC/Diploma holder/any tertiary education with minimum 1 year order processing background
SAP and Costing knowledge
Willing to learn new things
This is a 6 months contract role (maternity cover)
