His/Her responsibilities include meeting the Sales KPI, developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
About the role
The Sales & Business Development executive is to focus on 2 key areas
First, responsible to assist in the develop and implement the sale plan to build the corporate training and in particular, the executive education for B2C,B2B & B2U leading to B2B.
We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business development executive to assist in the business Sales and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and hit/exceed monthly company sales targets
- Determine annual unit and grossprofit plans by implementing Sales and business strategies; analyzing trends and results
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base (Locally and Oversea)
- Present products to clients
Job description
- Achieves and Manage individual Sales target.
- Plan and execute Sales and marketing initiatives.
- Promote, create and achieves Sales and Marketing objectives by contributing to Sales and business development efforts and providing recommendations to strategic plans and review effectively.
- Preparing and completing action plans; Aims to service product quality; High level of customerservice standards; Resolving problems; Identifying trends.
- To work with Managers on business development budget and develop cost
- Perform Road Show.
- Tel Sales and Telcalling.
- Attend corporate meetings and exhibitions when required.
Work Experiences
- Must have at least 1 years of experience in sales and business development
Working Conditions
- Must be prepared to work beyond the normal work hours whenever required.
- Must be prepared to travel overseas when the COVID19 situation is permitted.
