Responsibilities:

As the Project Director, your primary responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software development projects, ensuring timely completion, and meeting or exceeding client expectations.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key government stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into effective project plans.
Implementing Scrum Master methodologies throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration among team members.
Managing project scope, budget, timelines, risks, and resources effectively, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, including software developers, designers, quality assurance, and other project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Providing regular progress reports and updates to senior management and government stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant government regulations, industry standards, and company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the software development industry.
At least 5 years of experience working with Singapore government projects.
Proven track record of successfully implementing Scrum Master methodologies in software development projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, project management tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage crossfunctional teams and work with diverse stakeholders.
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Familiarity with Singapore Government regulations and requirements is highly desirable.
PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
