    Roles & Responsibilities

    The role holder will be responsible to handle all web and digital assets of the organisation. He /She will engages with external parties / vendors to ensure all websites are designed and developed , content is managed and of highest quality, and the language is strictly conversion oriented.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic input for Technology Development across GSF Brands

    1. Technical Architecture identification of tech architecture, frameworks and tech stack required for Website CMS, Backend ERP- CRM's

    2. Development of a) Wireframes b) Prototypes c) UI/UX Design and Workflows through external vendors

    3. Site Maps and Site hierarchy development for web portals

    4. Business Requirement Gathering -à Technology Scope Translation

    5. Development Cycle, Milestones

    6. Vendor Partner Identification

    7. Deployment of Applications and Web portals

    8. Overseeing Content

    9. Supervision and Monitoring of projects under agencies

    WEB ASSETS MAINTENANCE

    1. WEBSITES UI/UX { High Traction Traffic , Lead Generation}

    2. Oversee the development of a) UI/UX Worflows , b) Lead Baits, c) Technical Optimization strategies towards performance of SEO and Lead Gen (Organic and Paid)

    3. Oversee the Development of a) Page requirements towards performance of SEO and Lead Gen (Organic and Paid)

    Technology Development across GSF Brands

    SCOPE DEFINITION: -

    Designing of Omni channel Marketing automation and strategy across customer touch points

    a. Identification of tools, systems, architecture, frameworks and API integrations to existing ecosystem

    b. Curation and Mind mapping of Automation, Process Workflows, Marketing-Sales Process Mapping , Triggers

    c. Defining " End Goals" and "Call to Action" required to achieve Sales , Marketing KPI 's and Any other Business Metrics

    d. Defining KPI goals to be tracked from Outcome of Project

    e. Project Completion and Go Live (If all Resources is available in terms of Workforce, Collaterals and adhoc requirements}

    2. Business Requirement Gathering -à Technology Scope Translation

    3. Development Cycle, Milestones, Planning of Sprints

    4. Vendor Partner Identification

    Deploying automations, integrations

    Job Requirements

    Any Graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience in handling web and digital asset , someone who can deal, push and guarantee timely delivery

    Working Days - 5.5 days per week

    Location: Onsite
