Description

Shall maintain the system inventory list and records of all maintenance activities, including proper documentation, accounting and administrative records of all services performed, request / approval forms and warranty records provided by manufacturer (where applicable) during the Contract period.

The system inventory list shall be maintained, validated and updated at least half yearly.
Support system security review for internal and external audit checks;Power shutdown, load test, shifting of server rooms with postevent system checks.
Liaise and work with other appointed parties to fix, patch and upkeep specified software version installed on the premise.
Performing password change at the frequency stipulated by the prevailing policy.

shall perform housekeeping of all environments to ensure uninterrupted operation of these environments. Example includes deleting of historical log files which may cause disk space full issue.

Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated.
Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.
Plan & implement service continuity measures, i.e., backup/restore procedures & disaster recovery plan, to ensure continuous operation of the business.
