Job Description:
**Intern Clinic Assistant (Dermatology Clinic)
- Full Time**Job descriptions:Counter role:
- Registration of patients
- Dispensing of prescribed medications to patients
- Billing (payment collection and insurance claim)
- Schedule appointment
- Collect drug deliveries
- Monitor stock and supplies
- Cross cover procedure duty when needed.
Procedure role:
- Assist doctor in procedure / surgery (skin biopsy, excision, electrosurgery, laser, IPL etc).
- Dispatch lab specimens.
- Trace laboratory test reports and filing of reports.
- Housekeeping such as autoclave, keep procedure room well organized.
- Cross cover counter reception duty when needed.
Job requirement:
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Able to commit for at least 36 months.
Working hours:
Mon-Fri 830am-530pm; Sat 9am-1pm
Salary:
Negotiable, depending on your qualification
Expected Start Date: 1 Jul 2024
