Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Competent in working with BIM software tools to produce 3D modelling and drawing production from 3D models.
• Assist the project teams in managing the project BIM model to support the construction works
• Possesses the knowledge in basic engineering disciplines in Architectural/Civil/Electrical/Mechanical works to be able to generate information in the building services intergrated layout in 3D for analysis to identify possible clashes and discrepancies and assist in the conflict resolutions to enable successful completion of the project without abortive works.
• Administer and generate relevant 3D model information to the request of the construction team members to help them understand hidden or conflicting details that cannot be visually understood from 2D construction drawings.
• Assist with the updates and archival of 3D models for as-built records and submission to Client and Authorities and relevant documentation.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec in Architecture/ Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent
• Some knowledge in the use of BIM tools for design / construction documentation.
• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes.
• Interest in working using software and technologies and BIM model creation
• Fresh graduates with the relevant studies in Architecture/ Civil & Structural Engineering or its equivalent are welcome to apply.
