    LEX is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units


    Express:
    own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery


    Transport:
    Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components


    Fulfilment:
    Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands

    Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEANWe are searching for dynamic, entrepreneurial, broad-minded individuals to join us.

    Be part of the team that is steering the exciting eCommerce revolution in Southeast AsiaWe are looking for Category Buyer to manage all aspects of the Logistics & warehousing categories, sourcing strategies, planning, processes, approvals, documentation, data and system management.


    Responsibilities:

    • A dynamic role and requires individual to handle assignments in fastpaced and dynamic environment.
    • Manage the logistics and warehousing categories including MRO, MHE, plant consumables, constructions, facilities management and logistics.
    • Implement and executive strategic category management and procurement processes and optimization in the support of business objectives
    • Thorough analysis of spending and partnership with business functions, and development of overall sourcing strategy that supports the goals of the company.
    • Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including sourcing strategy development, running the bidding/quotation process, award recommendations, review and negotiation, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team
    .- Reviews, and manages the contracts and supplier/agency negotiations and feedback tracks key contracts develops relationships, completes scorecards, communicates feedback.

    • Ensure procurement processes are transparent, ethical and complied with legal requirement and compliance policies.
    Job RequirementsRequirements/Qualifications(must have):

    • Bachelor's in Business Administration, or relevant field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement.
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills.
    • Strong knowledge in MSOffice.
    • High level & detailed category strategy development.
    • Indepth knowledge of agency types, processes, and basic workings.
    Budget management and financial planning and reporting skills.
