Responsibilities:

Gain and preserve a thorough awareness of the organization's requirements for encryption, data security, and protection of trade secrets.
Create and put into practice reference architectures for data security, cryptography, and secret management, as well as a comprehensive security architectural framework.
Constantly improve and expand the program and roadmaps in accordance with industry best practices and the changing landscape of threats.
Create and uphold security guidelines and standards for cryptography, data security, and secret management.
Assist project teams with technical leadership and direction to guarantee that infrastructure and software development projects appropriately incorporate data security needs.
Work together and as partners with crossfunctional teams, such as the Global Data Management Group, to recognize and resolve data security threats throughout the company.
Establish critical management procedures and guidelines to safeguard private information.

Requirements:

A seasoned data security architect with at least ten years of experience with the latest IT security technologies and disciplines.
A minimum of 5 years of expertise in data security architecture, with an emphasis on encryption, secret management, and data protection.
Proficiency in cloud security, particularly in the areas of data management and protection.
Proficiency in creating specifications and models for the present state, future state, and data gaps
Experience with data security architecture using enterprise architectural concepts and techniques to assist IT projects and programs
Proven grasp of security concepts and solutions from a people, process, and technology perspective
Thorough understanding of encryption protocols and technologies, including PKI, RSA, and AES.
Experience with HashiCorp Vault will be an advantage
