• Identify the needs and extend professional advice and solutions to customer
• Conduct sales pitch to the customer and convert them into a long-term customer
• Provide exceptional customer experience and maintaining a high level of service standards
• Maintain a good after-sales relationship with the customer and see that their inquiries are managed promptly
• Provide professional skin, body analysis and recommend a suitable range of aesthetic treatments and products to the customer
• Engage and establish relationships with the customer from the daily-assigned pool of leads
• Promoting the company's services and products to customer
• Exposure to a diverse range of aesthetic treatments for face, body, skin, slimming, etc
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Keep abreast on beauty treatments, procedures, technology, and up-to-date developments in the beauty industry
