- Operates chemical production equipment and machines, to produce fragrance products of varying complexity in accordance to quality policies to meet desire deadlines
- Perform commissioning and qualification activities.
- Independently execute chemical process by operating designated chemical production machines and equipment.
- Select intermediates or raw materials, move and load into production machines.
- Perform in-process quality testing to ensure customer specifications are met. Identify deviations and document/communicate them in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures. Contribute to continual improvement efforts in designated areas.
- Manufacture product in a safe and timely manner and according to predefined process instructions to meet specific quality standards.
- Work in accordance with all relevant requirements including but not limited to GMP, OSHA and internal safety guidelines.
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Min. Higher NITEC / Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- 1-2 year of experience in Pharmaceutical, Chemical or manufacturing related.
- Experience in operating forklift and/or in-house fork truck certification is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of GMP manufacturing processes and GDP
- Experience in operating RF devices.
- Able to incidental lift objects of 25 kg.
- Willing to work in a 3-shift or 12 hours shift work
