Acccounts Executive

Main Responsibilities:

. Handle partial set of accounts (AR & AP)

. Perform data entries, prepare and assist in day-to-day operation in accounting

. Ensure AP & AR monthly and yearly closing on time

. Assist monthly AP & AR Report

. Prepare intercompany transactions/ billings

. Prepare the bank transactions, payments and other journal entries

. Ensure proper follow up from outstanding AR/AP issue

. Generate invoice, debit and credit notes

. Perform monthly bank reconciliation

. Liaise with bankers on financing

. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements :

. Diploma in accounting, LCCI in Accounting, professional certificate or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience

. Able to work with a positive attitude, independent, meticulous and team player
