Our client, a wholesale trader of beauty and health related products, is currently looking for a talent who has experience in Import/Export logistics and inventory control to join their team as Logistic Executive.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain good intently level to fulfil customer's order. Conduct inventory planning based on customer PO or forecast and take necessary action accordingly. Prepare necessary shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO) for export out goods in timely manner.

Closely liaise with Freight Forwarder and other business partner for smooth logistics operation Purchasing office use products such as stationery if needed Other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by senior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Having import/export logistics experience is a must. Good communication and coordination skill Able to work independently as well as team.

Organized, Accurate, Quality Focus and Efficient Not limit own job scope and willing to provide help according to job necessity.

Able to work different cultural background of people with respect.
