***- Manage written-off portfolio to meet the performance targets.
- Contact customers to negotiate payment schedules that will ensure maximum recovery and minimum risk exposure to the Bank
- Review customers' profiles and recommend effective collection actions
- Resolve customer issues or complaints within stipulated timeframe.
- Escalate irregular cases promptly to team manager for advice.
- Provide administration such as preparation of letters and adjustment vouchers.
- Engage in digitalization and leverage on data analytics to provide contextualized insights, and to improve performance and processes.
- Drive continuous improvements and achieve best practices, using Agile Methodology.
- Work and collaborate with team to achieve team's goals and performance targets.
- Deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 6 months contract, with extension option by Bank.
- Degree or Diploma in any related field.
- Experience in credit collection or litigation would be added advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Able to manage difficult customers & situations independently.
- Office is based at Changi Business Park.
