Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Administration support for CRM onboarding at the company
- Data collection and migration to the CRM system
- Use company ERP to gather information
- Coordinate new product development requests for the sales team
- Take care and support the sales administration, including stock availability checks, sale orders, invoices, DOs, etc.
- Assist sales teams to followup on customer payment matters
- Other general administrative duties
Requirements:
- GCE O level, Nitec or any related discipline
- At least 2 years of admin and sales support working experience
- Positive attitude with customer service working experience
