Responsibilities:
- Gather data on all enquirers and input it into the admissions database
- Maintain contact with enquirers inviting them to relevant school events
- Arrange a meeting with the Admissions Manager or Director of Business Development for prospective parents, if required.
- Request references from the pupil's current school, if required
- Keep prospective pupil files uptodate.
- Arrange and leading onsite visits for prospective students/parents/agents
- Meet with prospective parents/students/agents to articulate on the School's admissions philosophy, capacity, admission priorities and admission timeline, mission statement etc.
- Ensure that all policies relating to admissions are clearly articulated and followed, working with the Admission Manager/Director of Business Development to update these, as required.
- Confirm student placements, referring relevant issues to the Admissions Manager.
- Liaise with the Finance Office on al matters pertaining to fee payments for newly enrolled families.
- Send Receipts and Invoices in time.
- Provide administrative support & reception duties to ensure smooth operations of the general office.
- Receptionist duties such as attending to phone calls, greeting walkin guests, and collecting daily incoming mail.
- Stationery inventory management.
- Liaise with vendor on the ordering of name cards, paper bags, gifts, first aid kits etc.
- Liaise with the IT vendor for any software/ hardware issues.
- Provide administrative support for the onboarding of new employee
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
- Assist with the arranging of courier drivers' schedules.
Requirements:
- 23 years of Admissions Officer experience is preferred, Alternatively significant experience in a Front of House / Customer Service position
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field
- Team player with positive, cheerful, helpful work attitude and initiative
- Capable of independent and committed effort, with good organisation & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must
- Possess good written and spoken communication skills
Salary:
$2, $3,100.00 per month
Experience:
- Admission executive: 2 years (preferred)
