Responsibilities:
- Manage helpdesk / hotline
- Attend to queries
- Provide technical support / assistance
- Troubleshoot desktop and network issues
- Operate and manage ticket queuing system
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year working experience in helpdesk/technical support role
- Experienced in Ticketing Management System
- Familiar with desktop and network systems
- Good command of English
- Customer service oriented

- 6.30pm (exclu Public Holidays)
