Responsibilities:


  • Manage helpdesk / hotline
  • Attend to queries
  • Provide technical support / assistance
  • Troubleshoot desktop and network issues
  • Operate and manage ticket queuing system

Job Requirements:


  • Min 1 year working experience in helpdesk/technical support role
  • Experienced in Ticketing Management System
  • Familiar with desktop and network systems
  • Good command of English
  • Customer service oriented
**Working Hours
8.45am

  • 6.30pm (exclu Public Holidays)
Monday to Friday
