- Maintaining accurate and timely financial records using MS Dynamics software.
- Process AR and AP transactions on a timely basis and prepare and review invoices, expense reports and other financial documents.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements (B/S, P/L, C/F statements) and budget and forecasts.
- Reconciliation of bank statements and cash flow, and management of petty cash transactions.
- Liaising with regional and global internal (i.e. operational stakeholders) and external stakeholders (e.g. outsourced accounting provider).
- Any other duties assigned.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Knowledge of international trade accounting is critical to succeed in this role.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent ERP systems.
- Strong communication skills and capable of driving results in a fast-paced and growing start-up environment.
- Confident, meticulous, energetic and self-motivated.
