Manage Stock Management System and constantly keep the record up to date on a daily basis

Attend to requisitions submitted by the Requestor/ Departments and issue the supplies
To supply and replenish items to the respective Requestor/ Department.
Work closely with colleague from various Department on donation items related matters
Repackaging of daily use & other bulk items into smaller packets and issued to the relevant departments.
Perform housekeeping and general cleaning of the store so as to keep the store clean and tidy at all times.
Keep record of groceries, food, equipment, toiletries items and others donated by the member of the public.
Ensure the groceries are store properly and keep track of the expiry date of the food items.
Support logistics duties (including loading and unloading of supplies, furniture, equipment and donation).
Support collection of donation within and out of the nursing home.
Assist in logístical setup for nursing home events, volunteer events and vaccination programme
Refilling of toiletries, chemicals hand wash and hand rub supplies and mfold paper.
Transferring of bulky items and equipment to offices, ward or bin centre.
Adheres to all workplace safety, security guidelines when performing duties & handling of store supplies.
Report any general work issues, abnormalities, safety hazards to the manager &supervisor immediately.
Any other task assigned by manager from time to time.

Job requirement

Minimum secondary or above
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
Computer literacy for system management
Comfortable to perform alternate shift duties, 5 or 5.5 days work week ( 8.30am5.30pm, 8.30am pm).
