Summary of the role:


Telenor Global Services Pte Ltd is seeking a Partnership & Customer Success Director to join our team and take part in our ambitions to reach 1 Billion users world-wide.


The role's responsibilities include building and strengthening external relationships as well as internal in Telenor, managing partner and customer relations, and identifying and implementing strategies designed to increase the revenues of TLX, customers and partners.


Main responsibility of the role:


To be successful as a Partnership & Customer Success Director you should also be able to perform detailed market research and analysis.

Ultimately, a top-performing Partnership & Customer Success Director should be able to prepare proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs).


Main tasks:


  • Serve as the Account Manager for Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) in the APAC region, acting as their key commercial contact point for these MNOs.
  • Formulate and implement an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained.
  • Utilize data analysis to drive datadriven decisionmaking for both customer success, building partnership, and revenue growth initiatives related to Telenor Linx software services.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives, user journey optimization, launch and operations of services, as well as working with partners to optimize their service offering in our partnership with the respective MNOs.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, e.g, driving business development and collaboration to promote Telenor Linx software products.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations with customers, ensuring that business and technology requirements are met.
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability of key accounts. Be an expert on Telenor Linx product portfolio and work closely with customers and partners to identify and execute on upsell opportunities
  • Developing new partnerships and support sales team with expertise
