    We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sourcing & Procurement Executive to join our team. As a Product Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to facilitate the sourcing, procurement, and development of products in collaboration with our product designers, print designers, and suppliers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our product development initiatives by maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and overseeing the entire product lifecycle. This position requires excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Supplier Sourcing and Relationship Management:
    • Identify and source potential suppliers from China, India, Pakistan, USA and Vietnam based on product requirements.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about supplier capabilities, reliability, and quality standards.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to establish and implement quality control measures.

    2. Product Development Collaboration:

    • Liaise with product designers and suppliers to ensure clear communication of product specifications and requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with suppliers during the development process to address any issues, provide guidance, and ensure timely product delivery.
    • Facilitate regular meetings and update sessions to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

    3. Procurement and Negotiation:

    • Obtain quotations from suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage minimum order quantities (MOQ) to achieve cost-effective solutions.
    • Coordinate procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of products.
    • Conduct regular assessments of supplier performance and evaluate alternative sourcing options for optimisation.

    4. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, agreements, and product specifications.
    • Prepare reports summarising project progress, supplier performance, and quotations.
    • Document lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of working experience.
    • Experience in product development, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management is a plus.
    • Training will be provided.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
    • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in using productivity tools and software.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
