Job Summary:
- Industry: Real Estate (Industrial Building)
- Job location: Pandan Crescent
- Employment type: Permanent
- Working days: 5 days work week
Responsibilities:
- Manage multidisciplinary teams, which consist of subcontractors, term contractors, adhoc contractors, to ensure smooth work and no disruption to its service provision to the Property and/or the Employer
- Be a leader and trainer to improve service delivery continually
- Implement the CMMS system
- Manage staff and subcontractor usage of the CMMS system and other digital systems
- Monitor the performance of operation staff and subcontractors
- Resolve issues that involve the tenants
- Conduct site inspections periodically
- Supervise staff during inspection
- Plan and manage daytoday operations' resources
- Plan and manage M&E maintenance, repairment, and replacement programs periodically
- Establish safety plans
- Endorse and check reports/schedules/programs prepared by the site teams/subcontractors
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements
- Oversee calling of quotations, check the quotations, and give recommendation for acceptance
- Conduct tenants' survey annually
- Identify CAPEX works, coordinate and plan yearly CAPEX and OPEX budget
- Compile and review of monthly property management report
- Be responsible for accuracy, progress and update of the monthly property management reports.
- Executing any other work necessary for effective operations of the property
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in managing industrial building
- Able to commit to 5 days work week and office hours
