Finance Manager - Singapore - ROSS DIGITAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Finance Manager:
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute actively to the driving of effective finance and accounting initiatives.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure monthly closing of accounts is timely and accurate
- Monthly consolidation of accounts of SG and CN subsidiaries
- Participate in the preparation of monthly financial reports and annual group financial statements
- Support the ongoing development of the group accounting policies, including the implementation of process and system changes
- Provide support for adhoc projects, including but not limited to ERP implementation, internal group restructuring, JV, Fund Raising, M&A and adoption of new accounting standards
Experience Requirements/ Preferences:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar functions
- Experience in the F&B industry is advantageous
- Strong understanding of group consolidation and intercompany eliminations
- Audit experience is desired
- Familiar with IFRS
- Minimum bachelor's degree in accountancy or equivalent and qualified certification
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Xero is a plus
- Meticulous
- Ability to manage a varied and diverse workload
- Enjoys working in a dynamic environment
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
