• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to finance processes, systems, and technologies.
• Design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and leverage Oracle Financials Cloud functionalities.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices for optimizing financial processes within the organization.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for finance systems, ensuring smooth operations and mínimal downtime.
• Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to finance systems and technologies.
• Participate in crossfunctional projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in finance operations.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on insurance or banking.
• IDEALLY Proficiency in Oracle Financials Cloud systems, with handson experience in implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Certification in Oracle Financials Cloud or related technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
