Description
This position is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation of the production process and related documentation.


Responsibilities:


  • To ensure supportability throughout the product life cycle.
  • To ensure the flawlessness of the manufacturing process. (includes EMS & Inhouse assembly)
  • To create or maintain the production documentation.
  • To create the Product quality manual or Manufacturing Process document.
  • To identify & implement the required tools/jigs & fixtures.
  • To improve OTD & Product Quality.
  • Continuous improvement on the manufacturing capability and efficiency.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalence with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.

Skills, Experiences & Knowledge:


  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and product life cycles.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment or DFM/DFA/DFX
  • Familiar with product life cycle and CM management.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance. (eg. ESD, IPC)
