Responsibilities:

1.

Technical Leadership:

Provide strategic direction and technical guidance to multiple engineering teams.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation within the organization.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align engineering efforts with overall business goals.

2.

Team Management and Development:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Define and implement effective engineering processes, workflows, and standards to ensure consistent and highquality output.
Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development plans for team members.

3.

Project Management:

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects within specified timelines and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues and roadblocks that may arise during project development.
Foster a culture of agility and adaptability, enabling teams to respond effectively to changing project requirements.

4.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing updates on project status, technical challenges, and resource needs.
Facilitate crossteam communication and knowledge sharing to ensure a unified approach to problemsolving.

Quality Assurance:

Drive a commitment to engineering excellence, ensuring the delivery of reliable, scalable, and maintainable software products.
Establish and maintain best practices for code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

6.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains, driving the evolution of the engineering organization.
Encourage a culture of innovation, encouraging engineers to propose and experiment with new ideas and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (8+ years) in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (Director/Manager).
Strong background in software development, architecture, and design, with expertise in one or more programming languages and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage highperforming engineering teams, with a focus on mentorship and career development.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, delegate, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align engineering efforts with broader business objectives.
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a commitment to fostering an agile development culture.
Track record of successfully delivering software products through the entire development lifecycle.
