Job Description:

This position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of IT projects across SEA and APAC region.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, stakeholders, and project managers to ensure the smooth delivery of IT project.

Responsibilities:

Create detailed project plans, including objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identified potential risks or issues, and took proactive measures to mitigate them.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success criteria.
Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, IT teams, and management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Perform regular reviews and quality checks to ensure project deliverables met defined specifications.
Provide regular project status updates and prepared progress reports for key stakeholders.
Ensure the smooth delivery of IT project, adherence to project timelines, and achievement of project goals.
Prepare comprehensive project reports, including status updates, key metrics, and analysis of project performance.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' working experience and 2 years' project coordination experience.
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, Information technology or related discipline.
Excellent knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and technologies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
