Description
Hiring Service Advisor (Automotive):
Automotive company located at Kranji
Shuttle bus service from Kranji Mrt
5.5 work day per week
Mon-Fri: 9am - 6pm (incl. 1hr lunch break)
Sat: 9am - 1pm
Job Requirements
- Possess valid Class 3 Driving Licence with good track record
- Able to speak English & Mandarin is an added advantage
- Experience with/knowledge of accident claims is a plus
- Basic knowledge of car mechanicalpart/components
- Able to work in fastpaced environment
Job Duties
- Liase directly with customers
- Handle all customers' queries professionally
- Provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate workshop movements
