Responsibilities

  • Be familiar with company's trading platform and be uptodate on platform's campaigns / events;
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
  • Manage feedback & provide proper solutions within the service level time limits; ensure proper follow & resolution;
  • Understand customer's needs and convert it constructive feedback to management;
  • Continuously seek improvement to enhance team's performance and work efficiency;
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline;
  • Min. 3 years of experience in a customer service role under banking or financial industry
  • Newly Graduate are welcome
  • Knowledge in Helpdesk management tools and reporting;
  • Fluency in English in communication and writing in order to liaise with Englishspeaking clients, multilingual capability is a big plus;
  • Great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading, knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus;
  • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and team work spirit;
  • Passionate for customer service industry and can accept to work under different work shifts including weekends and public holidays.
