Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Assists in the preparation of medication according to prescription/ Pharmacy Requisition forms through pick and pack

· Receives, unpacks and checks stocks against the appropriate documents to ensure that items supplied are correct and accounted for

· Arranges stocks onto their respective stock shelves in First-Expiry First-Out (FEFO) order

· Maintains the cleanliness of the pharmacy work areas and prepares work areas for daily operations

· Assists in providing quality customer services e.g. through answering telephone enquiries

· Calls and liaises with patients for Home Delivery Service with valid SNEC prescriptions

· Arranges all outstanding valid prescriptions according to names and/or running sequential dates of dispensing

· Arrange dispensed prescriptions into stacks of running dates

· Other duties as directed by supervisors

Job Requirements:

· Possess a minimum GCE "O" or "N" levels or Nitec

· Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision and have good initiative

· Able to communicate and function effectively as a member of a team

· Able to commit for 1 year
