Payroll Processing

  • Ensures that all employees are paid accurately on the scheduled payment dates.

Payroll Accuracy

  • Ensures that all employees are paid based on their service contract leave records and banking information
  • Ensures that all payroll related information is updated new hires, resignation, claims, salary adjustment, increment and bonus

General Ledger Reconciliation

  • Reconciles the payroll ledger to the general ledger monthly, to allow the proper closure of the monthly financial books

Monthly Reports

  • Prepares all monthly reports for statutory requirement
  • Ensures reports accuracy for these reports

Handle Employee Payroll Queries

  • Addresses all employee payroll queries satisfactory and ensure closure of the ticket.

Knowledge & Experience Requirements:


  • Handson experience in payroll processing
  • Have a good knowledge on payroll processes and knowledge local payroll regulation is a plus (SG & CH)
  • Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality is a must
  • Possess strong arithmetic skills, with a keen eye for details
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to prioritize tasks and have a problemsolving mindset
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
