    Management (Information & Communication Technology)Deliver hands-on technical support at Levels 2 and 3, actively resolving complex issues and ensuring a swift resolution to minimize downtimeServe as a go-to resource for the team, providing expert assistance in troubleshooting and decision-making for escalated technical challengesStay informed about technological advancements and evaluate their applicability to the organizationEngage with vendors and external technical resources to facilitate swift issue resolution and keep abreast of product updates and enhancementLead incident response efforts, conducting thorough analyses of security incidents and devising preventative strategies for future occurrencesConduct regular security audits, assess compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement necessary improvements to maintain a secure environmentStay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities, conduct vulnerability assessments, and implement effective mitigation strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and ensure technical solutions align with organizational goalsEstablish and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholdersAbility to plan, execute, and deliver technical projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlineCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverablesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Informative Technology or Computer EngineeringAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in TechnologyMinimum have MSCE & CCNA or relevant System and Networking certificationsSecurity+, CISSP, CISA, or relevant security certifications and highly preferredIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux OS for Server and ClientIn-depth knowledge of Applications like Web Server (IIS, Apache, etc) and Database (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle DB, etc)In-depth knowledge of Networking, Firewalls, and CybersecurityFamiliar with security standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001, CIS Benchmark, and OWASPProblem-solving and decision-making skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentGood documentation, especially in Risk Assessment, FAT, SAT, Checklist, and Method of StatementCompany information
