Responsibilities:

Foster robust relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for harnessing data effectively, facilitating the successful delivery of reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Develop and refine our approach to HR analytics for addressing business challenges through advanced analysis and a comprehensive understanding of data infrastructure and products.
Interpret and communicate data insights to stakeholders, empowering them to make informed business decisions based on data.
Take the lead on HR data and metrics projects aimed at creating meaningful measures and benchmarks to enhance and optimize organizational performance.
Create and implement data models to support forwardthinking HR initiatives, utilizing predictive analytics to anticipate, evaluate, and analyze various business challenges and objectives.
Establish a rigorous and systematic analytical model and methodology, integrating market research, data, and theory to drive impactful HR analysis.

Requirements:

At least 7 years of experience in HR analytics, business analytics, organizational research, or organizational psychology.
Extensive expertise in data analysis, including analytics data models, data warehousing, and data product management.
Proficient in utilizing popular data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, Qlikview, and PowerBI.
Demonstrated experience in collaborating with various HR and business stakeholders, possessing exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence others effectively. Proficient in storytelling.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, capable of utilizing data to extract valuable insights and make informed, datadriven decisions.
