Job Description & Requirements

Roles and Requirements:


  • Clarify with the grantees on their claim submissions if the claims documentation is incomplete
  • Handle and respond to all queries by grantees in relation to the processing of their claims
  • Process the claim submissions by performing checks to ensure the fund requisition forms are true and correct.
  • Checks shall include:
Items claimed are as stated in the Letter of Award, grant proposal and approved detailed budget

All items claimed are incurred within the qualifying period and allowable as per the Guidelines for the Management of Research


Job Requirements:


  • Shall have at least a degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in similar services

Salary:
$3, $4,500.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
