Establish, operate, and maintain equipment within the pilot plant associated with the company's separation process technology.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to conduct experimental trials while upholding a secure work environment.
Maintain flexibility to accommodate extended schedules with rotating shifts as needed (days, afternoons, or overnights).
Carry out Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOPs) and meet corresponding action obligations.
Handle and transport chemicals in various packaging sizes.
Ensure strict compliance with both company and national Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) regulations and operational protocols.
Contribute to the advancement of environmentally friendly products and solutions.
Actively engage in health and safety consultations as applicable.
Rapidly report potential or actual ESH incidents to the line manager or site ESH manager.
Collaborate to prevent and report instances of environmental and health and safety violations within the workplace.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
Have 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial plants, pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, or flavor and fragrance process environments.
Knowledge Requirements (Professional, Technical, Language):
Proficiency in separation processes like distillation, Liquid-Liquid extraction, and crystallization.
Handson experience in commissioning and operating process plants.
Familiarity with Risk Assessment and methodologies in Process Safety (PHA, Whatifs).
Understanding of Change Management practices.
Working familiarity with Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls, and Mechanical systems, etc.
