Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage existing internal digitalization and/or process improvement projects in the commercial area
• Review current commercial side process and identify pain points for improvement with detailed solution
• Coordinate to set up new projects with related parties
• Provide support to management as and when required

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline
• Experience in managing a team and international projects with various stakeholders
• Logical thinking with open-minded communication
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Comfortable in working in a fast paced, growth-orientated environment
• Experience in living and working in different countries would be an advantage
