Description

Medical Social Work Assistant (Perm Part time working 27.5hrs per week)
Ø Required to work well as a team with other Medical Social Work Assistants to:
Ø Attend to enquiries regarding referrals and hospital admissions

Ø Conduct phone social interviews to assess viability of care plans and suitability of referrals for admissions

Ø Work closely with the clinical and bed management colleagues co-ordinate admissions to the hospital

Ø Update and monitor referrals and admission data for statistical purpose

Ø Provide general and administration support, and perform any other duties as assigned

Requirement
Ø Min 'O' levels with a pass in English

Ø Preferably with at 1 year of work experience in Healthcare/Social Service/Customer service

Ø Good communication and customer service skills

Ø Good teamwork skills

Ø Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
