Description

is building the next-generation ML Powered data privacy platform for hyper-growth
companies. The Senior Product Designer role is critical in building an intuitive and delightfully easy-to-use Product.

You will be working across internal groups (Product, Engineering, etc.) as well as customers to understand their pain points and build solutions that solve their needs.

We are quickly expanding our customer base in the US, European & Asian markets.

As a Principal UX/UI Designer at Borneo, you'll have the opportunity to:

Be our first designer Put your unique fingerprints on the product and set the tone and high bar for the next crop of designers that we'll hire for the team.

Work closely with Product, Engineering, and other internal groups to develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for solutions to customer problems.

Work closely with our amazing customers to understand their needs and validate solutions with them.

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to develop high-quality collateral for presentations and our Marketing site.

Help build a design system from scratch.


Responsibilities:

Own all of the design for Product design UI/UX at Borneo
Work externally with customers to understand their needs
Work internally to understand customer requirements and engineering capabilities to develop high-quality wireframes/prototypes in Figma
Work internally to build Sales and Marketing collateral


Requirements:

8+ years of relevant experience, B2B startup experience is a must-have
Proven experience as a Sr Product Designer taking products from inception to launch
Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Invision as well as prototyping tools
Experience designing for and building with Design Systems
Experience handling multiple simultaneous projects in different phases of the product development process
