APAC role ,taking care of multiple territories. Working for Public listed cyber company

The company is actively looking for a Technical Support Engineer, who can actively guide cusotmers on how best to navigate and leverage the company's suit of products.

Be an integral part of small team of Support Engineers, who resolve technical issues, utilizing various sources of knowledge.


The territory you will handle is mainly within the APAC region, focusing on large customers in Singapore and surrounding ASEAN countries.

You will be speaking to an array of people on an operational level, such as Security Admins, Sys Admins, CISO's and Business owners.

The role will report directly to your team lead based in Perth.

  • Existing working knowledging of troubleshooting with Active Directory, Windows file servers.
  • Past experience in Troubleshooting and resolving customer systems remotely.
  • This role has a large focus on Soft skills and communication as it is first and foremost a customer facing role.
  • Ideally coming from a Data storage background.
  • It is a Mid senior level position, 57 years of relevant experience would be necessary.
  • Speaking of either Mandarin, Hindi or Japanese language.
The company is specifically looking for the best talent for the role and is willing compensate as such. This is a foundation team hire for the Support side based in Singapore. As the reporting is based overseas, this can be considered a fully remote role.
