    About the Role

    Our client, as one of the leading tech companies in the world, operates in a complex, high-velocity, and highly matrixed environment where speed, clarity, and stakeholder alignment are essential. The Social Media Analytics & Reporting programme is a key enabler for marketers to understand campaign impact across social, influencer, affiliate, and paid/earned channels. We are looking for a highly organised and trusted Project Manager to support and scale the APAC Social Media Analytics & Reporting programme by managing incoming reporting requests, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality outputs.

    Project Management

    • Own the end-to-end process for social media reporting and dashboard management across APAC.
    • Manage requests and ensure each one is processed through dashboards or reports in a timely manner.
    • Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure stakeholders are informed at every stage.
    • Continuously refine processes with a mindset of scale and optimisation.
    • Drive efficiency, speed, and quality in reporting processes.

    Narrative & Insights

    • Review agency-submitted reports and refine narrative, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and business relevance.
    • Help to translate data into compelling, concise insights aligned with marketers' goals.
    • Ensure dashboards and reports are easy to understand and providing training and support wherever needed.
    • Leverage AI tools to improve reporting workflows and elevate output quality across content to presentation formats.

    Relationship Management

    • Validate requests with relevant stakeholders to clarify needs, metrics, and expected outcomes.
    • Liaise with external agencies to retrieve accurate and timely data, ensuring they're up to speed with the brand's marketing goals and business objectives.
    • Build cross-functional relationships to understand business priorities and improve internal support.

    About You

    • 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally within social media, marketing, analytics, or reporting-heavy environments.
    • Experience with creative and narrative-led social media reporting, influencer campaign measurement, or digital analytics.
    • Ability to operate with speed, precision, and accountability.
    • Excellent communication skills; clear, concise, and proactive with strong business-level English.
    • Skilled in reading data, interpreting insights, and shaping narrative (no hands-on data analysis required).
    • Comfortable navigating matrix organisations with multiple stakeholders.
    • Hungry to learn and navigate the evolving social media analytics landscape in the AI era.
