Description

· Fetch and arrange the workers to work daily, and record the timecard for workers daily

· Supervise all workers on site, ensuring proper execution of project site operations

· Oversee construction projects and supervise workers. The general foreman responsibilities include ordering building supplies, scheduling equipment maintenance as needed, and training new construction employees.

· Coordinating with sub-contractors at site works and resolve site issues

· Report to project manager on project status

· Planning and order material

· Quality check and control for finished works

· Progress control on structure works

· Control the quality /budget/site progress

· Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced

· Follow the main contractor to inspection the rebar and formwork

· Any other related ad-hoc duties assign by superior from time to time

· Will be required to perform overtime work, weekend works or working with challenging client from time to time
