We are a boutique corporate advisory firm with a principal focus in the areas of debt restructuring, corporate recovery, investigation, and litigation consulting services.

Responsibilities

· Manage and execute day-to-day issues on restructuring and insolvency engagements

· Comply with statutory requirements for insolvency engagements

· Work onsite to assist the team with the orderly winding down of distressed companies

· Attend meetings with clients and key stakeholders

· Review and analyze financial information for the benefit of recovering assets for insolvency engagements

· Assist in drafting reports and presentations

· Assist in networking and marketing activities

Qualifications and skills

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or other relevant field

· At least five to seven years of previous experience in restructuring and insolvency

· Experience in supervising the work of associates to senior associates

· Experience in fully managing a variety of projects and engagements

· Have strong initiative and analytical skills

· Able to work as a team and under pressure

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
