Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth daily processing of Private Banking transactions, settlements, and corporate actions, ensuring timely and accurate processing in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Conduct initial checks on clearing and custody for securities and derivative transactions, as well as reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate closely with business departments to support daily processing and settlement operations.
• Review and improve workflows and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Manage reporting to Head Office and the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) related to Private Banking business.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of operations experience in private banking.
• Excellent knowledge of investment products including FX, bonds, equities, mutual funds, and structured products (DCI, ELN).
• Experience with Avaloq system preferred.
